We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The suite provided was not only spacious but also well equipped with all the amenities we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, 

I got upgrade to a Studio with a balcony, it was pleasant surprise upon arrival. Best hotel experience. I had fun in the pool of the venue. Useful base for weekend in Anyer...

A sauna was a nice touch. TV set and a refrigerator were a huge plus. Next to a boat dock, just like we wanted❤

Everything was fantastic.

This island location is perfect for adventure with stunning views next to the beach and tropical rainforest. The resort offers plenty of options to spend your time in the little harbor area. Room sizes are generous and equipped 

Very pleasant environment. Water sports good. Natural resources. Nice pool complex. Romantic walks.

Poor room design. Too small. Shower n water supply does not work properly. No hot water most of the time. Sometimes no hot water. Toilet noisey and dirty sewage coming up the toilet at 3am in the morning. Rooms are noisey. Needs double glazing to keep th noise from outside of the room. Restaraunt too expensive n badly marketed. No buffet breakfast available.

The Saturday nights performance and buffet is good. They helped us change room to a sea view room. Friendly staffs. The pool and slides are good. The landscape is nice. Nice to walk around in the vicinity. 

The hotel had a great water park with multiple slides and plenty of water activities. The staff was friendly and great with kids. They even offered cultural classes like hula dancing and

The facilities, swimming pool, etc. Also the athmosphire and the view from the room.

The parking area is a compromised, we need to park across the road and when it is raining, well..... And the restaurant is rather expensive and not so many choices, during our stay, only few people did eat there, most of the time it is empty. It's a pity, as the set up is quite nice.

Spent Christmas here with my family. The water park was amazing, and we really enjoyed the slides. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. We also loved that the hotel was located near the beach and we could 

the facilities room n seaside view n especially can learn the hula dance..its amazing!!!

The room was smelly, the bathroom was dirty, the floor was sticky, the door was not secure (the latch was broken) my kids could go out without me knowing, the swimming pool was dangerous,no blanket just sheets, food was horrible, we had bad experience whilst we stayed there. I wanted to leave as soon as I went to the room and it took me long time to get the decision that I could not cancel as they would charge the whole 2 days of my booking and it is said on my booking that if I cancel later date they only charge one night not the whole 2 days! I wanted to speak to the manager but I dont think they passed the message as I asked the staff 3 times and no manager came to see me. Not worth the money just wasting my time, money and energy!!!

We had a great stay in this hotel. Best aspects include the spacious suite which was well equipped, and the helpfulness of the staff. Additionally, the hotel has five excellent swimming pools suitable for all
